Suede
Gentle care to help preserve the soft texture and natural finish of your suede pieces.Cleaning
For general care, gently brush the suede in one direction using a suede brush. For water-based spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth to absorb moisture - do not rub.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture and high temperatures. Light pressure marks or creases from storage should gradually recover once reshaped and left to rest.
Helpful Tips
Avoid washing, soaking or immersing in water, as moisture may leave marks on the suede surface. Do not use harsh or alkaline cleaning products or brush the surface aggressively.
Natural variations in colour may appear as the direction of the suede nap changes. This is a normal characteristic of suede and not considered a fault.
Vegan Leather
Durable and easy to care for with a few simple steps.Cleaning
Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For light marks or spills, gently clean with a soft cloth, mild soap and lukewarm water using circular motions. Dry immediately after cleaning and allow to air-dry naturally.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep in a dust bag when not in use to help protect the surface.
Helpful Tips
Clean spills promptly to help prevent staining. Avoid machine washing, soaking, harsh or alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, fabric conditioners and tumble drying.
For additional care, a PU-safe or vegan leather conditioner may be used every 6–12 months. Always patch test first and avoid traditional leather conditioners.
Quilted
Simple care to help maintain the fabric and structure of your quilted pieces.Cleaning
Wipe regularly with a damp cloth. For marks or spills, spot clean with lukewarm, mildly soapy water using a gentle detergent free from bleach or optical brighteners.
Drying & Storage
Air-dry naturally in the shade and store in a cool, dry place with good ventilation, away from direct sunlight.

Linen
Simple care to help keep your linen soft and preserve its natural fibres.Washing
Wash separately in lukewarm water below 40°C on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent free from bleach or optical brighteners. Turn covers and bedding inside out before washing.
Drying & Storage
Air-dry naturally in the shade and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Lightly steam or press on low heat if needed.
Helpful Tips
Avoid hot water, bleach, optical brighteners, fabric softeners and high heat. If hand washing, soak for no longer than 10 minutes to help protect the fibres.
Natural Linen Characteristics

Gentle care to help keep your insert fresh and supportive.Washing
Wash separately in lukewarm water below 40°C using a delicate machine cycle or gentle hand wash. If hand washing, soak for no longer than 10 minutes.
Drying & Storage
Lay flat to air-dry in a well-ventilated area and allow to dry completely before use or storage. Store in the provided storage bag when not in use.
