Once stock arrives at our warehouse, pre-orders are expected to begin dispatching within 2 - 3 business days. Please note that all arrival timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-orders

When will my pre-order be sent?

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

Estimated arrival timeframes are listed on each product page. Once stock arrives at our warehouse, your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been sent.

What does pre-order mean?

Occasionally, some of our most popular pieces sell out before the next shipment arrives. Pre-order allows you to secure your item before it restocks.

Estimated arrival timeframes are listed on each product page and all pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. While we always do our best to meet estimated dates, delays can occasionally occur due to shipping or freight timelines outside our control.

What does "Expected Arrival" mean?

The expected arrival shown on this page is our current estimate of when stock is due to arrive at our warehouse. Once the shipment has been received, pre-orders are expected to begin dispatching within 2 - 3 business days.

Please note that all arrival timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change.

I ordered both in-stock and pre-order items. What happens?

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to be sent earlier, please contact our team at hello@sablebebe.com. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

When will my pre-order be dispatched?

Once stock arrives at our warehouse, pre-orders are expected to begin dispatching within 2 - 3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Why has my estimated arrival timeframe changed?

While we work closely with our suppliers and freight partners, shipping schedules can occasionally change due to factors outside of our control. If this happens, we'll update the estimated arrival timeframe on this page as soon as new information becomes available.

If there are any significant changes to your order timeframe, our team will keep you updated via email.

My order hasn't shipped yet, even though the product has arrived.

Once stock arrives at our warehouse, it first needs to be received, quality checked and processed before orders can begin leaving our warehouse. Pre-orders are expected to begin dispatching within 2 - 3 business days of the stock arriving. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Restocks

What does "Restocking Soon" mean?

A product marked as Restocking Soon is currently sold out but is expected to return. The estimated arrival timeframe shown on this page is our latest expected warehouse arrival estimate.

How do I sign up to be notified when a product is back in stock?

Simply visit the product page and select Sign Up to Be Notified. We'll send you an email as soon as the item becomes available again.

Will I be notified when the product is back in stock?

Yes. If you've signed up for a restock notification on the product page, we'll send you an email as soon as the item becomes available to purchase again.

Are restock arrival timeframes guaranteed?

No. All estimated arrival timeframes are provided by our suppliers and freight partners and may change due to circumstances outside of our control. We update this page as soon as new information becomes available.

Why isn't a sold-out product listed on this page?

This page only includes products with a confirmed estimated warehouse arrival timeframe. If a sold-out product isn't listed, we're either waiting on confirmation from our supplier or don't yet have an estimated arrival timeframe to share.

How often is this page updated?

We update this page as soon as we receive new information from our suppliers or freight partners. If an estimated arrival timeframe changes, the latest information will be reflected here as soon as possible.
