Change of Mind - Full Priced Items

If you change your mind within 21 days of order fulfilment, you're welcome to return your item for a 100% credit note or an exchange, minus shipping and handling fees.

Change of Mind - Sale & Clearance Items

Sale items may be returned within 21 days of order fulfilment for a store credit, less any shipping and handling fees. This applies to full-price items purchased during a sale period.

Items marked as Final Sale, including all Clearance items, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. All store credits are issued in AUD. Sable Bebe is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and when the return is processed.

Please note: All change-of-mind returns must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Faulty Returns

At Sable Bebe we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, we will happily honour a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order.

If an item displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, we will happily honour a replacement. 

To process your return please submit your request via the portal, including photos of the fault and your return will be processed as soon as possible. 

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered faulty.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, or something is missing from your order, please submit your return request via our returns portal and selecting the reason 'Incorrect Item Received’ and follow the prompts. We will ship the correct items to you asap. We’ll do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be reviewed and approved.

Return Shipping Timeframes

We will endeavour to process your return at our earliest convenience. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be initially reviewed and approved. Please also allow up to 48 hours for your return to be resolved upon receival at our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If a replacement item is requested, the shipping cost for the replacement will also be covered by the customer, even where the original order qualified for free shipping.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within three months of delivery, Sable Bebe will cover the return shipping of the faulty item, as well as the shipping cost for any replacement item(s).

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or part of your order is missing, Sable Bebe will cover the return shipping of the incorrect item and the shipping cost for the replacement item(s).

Received as a Gift?

If your item was received as a gift, returns can be processed using the original order number and the email address associated with the purchase. These details are required to locate the order and assist you further.

Return Request in Review

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to review your return or exchange request for all faulty or incorrect items. Once your request has been reviewed, we will be in touch with the next steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 21 days for an exchange or store credit, provided it meets our return conditions.
