How does the 12-Days of Christmas event work?
For twelve days, we’ll be releasing a new offer each morning - a little daily surprise to help you prepare for the season. Each offer is available for 24 hours only, or until sold out.
What time do the offers start and finish?
Every offer begins at 8:30am AEDT and ends at 8:00am AEDT the next day!
Will previous offers return later in the promotion?
Each day brings its own dedicated offer. Once the day has passed, the previous offer won’t return.
Can I request a price adjustment if I miss a day?
Past offers are unable to be applied to previous or future orders, but you can stay up to date by signing up for our updates - that way you won’t miss any of the daily surprises
Can discount codes be used with the daily offer?
Unless noted otherwise, our daily offers can’t be combined with additional discount or welcome codes.
Do these offers include pre-order items?
Some offers may include pre-order pieces and others may not. Any exclusions will be clearly listed on the day.
Is stock limited?
Yes - each daily offer is available only while stock lasts. Once an item sells out, the offer ends for that product.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?

What if I place multiple orders across different days?
Because each offer is processed separately, we’re unable to combine orders placed on different days during the promotion.
Can I return an item purchased during the event?

Do I need a code at checkout?
Most offers will apply automatically. If a code is required, you’ll see it clearly displayed within that day’s offer.
