How do I exercise my Right of Withdrawal?
If your purchase is eligible, you must let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You can submit your withdrawal request using the withdrawal or return option available through your Sable Bebe account or order details.
Once your request has been submitted, you'll receive confirmation.
Do I need to give a reason?
No. If the EU Right of Withdrawal applies to your purchase, you don't need to provide a reason for changing your mind.
Are all products eligible?
Not necessarily. Certain products may be excluded from the Right of Withdrawal under EU consumer law, including some personalised products and certain sealed goods where the seal has been broken for health protection or hygiene reasons.
We'll let you know if an exemption applies to your return.
Is this the same as Sable Bebe's standard returns policy?
No. Our standard change-of-mind returns policy and the statutory EU Right of Withdrawal are separate.
Where the EU Right of Withdrawal applies, your statutory consumer rights will apply regardless of our standard change-of-mind policy.
