I forgot to apply my discount code - can this be added after I place my order?

Discount codes aren’t able to be applied once an order has been placed. This includes orders that have been confirmed, fulfilled or are already on their way to you.

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you’re welcome to contact our support team with your order number to request a cancellation so you can place a new order with your discount code applied.

We’ll always do our best to assist, however cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

To avoid missing out, we recommend checking that any promotions have been applied at checkout before completing your purchase.
