Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days from our warehouse in Northern NSW, just outside of Byron Bay.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on your location. As a general guide:
Metro areas: 2 - 5 business days
Regional areas: 3 - 6 business days
Western Australia: 5 - 8 business days
If you select Express Shipping, this refers to the courier delivery speed once your order has been dispatched. Our standard processing time still applies.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, so you can follow its journey all the way to your door.
