Sable Bebe is passionate about offering quality products — we want you to love your products as much as we do.
If you need to return one of our items, please carefully read and identify the appropriate return process below and follow the steps accordingly. Should your request not meet our below policy standards, it will not be eligible for return and therefore will be declined.
CHANGE OF MIND
Full-priced items
If you change your mind within 21 days of order fulfilment, you're welcome to return your item for a 100% credit note or an exchange, minus shipping and handling fees.
Sale items
If you change your mind within 21 days of order fulfilment, you are welcome to return it for a 100% credit note, minus shipping and handling fees. Please note: this does not apply to items marked as Final Sale.
Clearance
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that return shipping for Change of Mind returns is at the expense of the customer.
All credit notes are processed in AUD. Sable Bebe is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and the return being processed.
FAULTY
At Sable Bebe we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, we will happily honour a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order.
If an item displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, we will happily honour a replacement.
To process your return please submit your request via the portal, including photos of the fault and your return will be processed as soon as possible.
Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered faulty.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, or something is missing from your order, please submit your return request via our returns portal and selecting the reason 'Incorrect Item Received’ and follow the prompts. We will ship the correct items to you asap. We’ll do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.

We will endeavour to process your return at our earliest convenience. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be initially reviewed and approved. Please also allow up to 48 hours for your return to be resolved upon receival at our warehouse.

The shipping cost of any replacement item will also be covered by the customer — even if the order qualifies for free shipping.
Faulty
If you receive a faulty item or your item displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, shipping of any replacement item(s), as well as the return shipping of the faulty item(s), is covered by Sable Bebe.
Incorrect item received
If you receive the incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, shipping of the replacement item(s) and the return shipping of the incorrect item(s) is covered by Sable Bebe.
